President Obama, once again, you have proven your absolute ability to miss the point.

I am not nor will I ever be a fan of Barack Obama. My problems center on the difference in his abilities, his promises and the fact that I knew he couldn't deliver on any of the promises. I think that "Yes, we can!" means that:

1. We can screw things up.
2. We can spend EVEN MORE money.
3. We can't develop a policy that makes sense on healthcare.
4. We can't follow through on the promises of new infrastructure.
5. We can't blow up a paper bag.
6. We do not have a coherent security plan for the United States.
7. We can Mirandize combatants and terrorists.

Have you ever wondered what the doctor's language really is?

Well, in all actuallity it is the medical language that is used between doctors and the other medical staff members in the office to explain a patient diagnosis or symptoms.

To the average everyday person it is a foreign language that we do not understand of use, and usually if we try to use it we seem to mess it all up one way or another.

So the next time you seem to be hearing nothing but a foreign language at your next appointment just simply ask, " Can you please trsanlsate that to English?"
